Ashlie Craft is a family-run business with a strong tradition for reliability and personal service.
With over 35-years trading experience, we sell the finest soft leather products, including leather handbags, leather purses and leather wallets. We aim to provide our customers with high quality leather products and high quality customer service.
Leather products from Ashlie Craft are:
- made from beautiful soft leather
- guaranteed for normal everyday use
- fully lined with strong linings
- available in a variety of colours
When you hold one of our leather handbags, purses or wallets, you can feel the quality.
Returns and Refunds
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty we will replace the goods at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods and postage. If your purchase becomes faulty shortly after purchase we will repair where possible or replace the faulty item.
Non faulty goods should be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. If the goods are received back in the new, never been used condition in which they were shipped, we will refund fully the price of the goods including postage. Unless the reason for return is error on our part, you will be responsible for the cost of the return payment. We therefore recommend you obtain proof of postage.
If you return non-faulty goods between 7 and 30 days after delivery, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the goods less the postage paid.
